Responsibilities
Build new business and develop a defined customer and contact base in the DACH region for our TIMEBASE® solution
Identify corporate group structures and develop sales strategies
Network with decision-makers and build a robust pipeline
Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and take true responsibility for closing deals
Work closely with product management, consulting and development
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with complex sales cycles
Experience in healthcare / eHealth is a plus but not required
Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a good sense for decision-making logic
Good skills in target-vs-actual analysis (gap analysis)
Ability to build relationships and conduct stakeholder conversations
Team player with collaborative decision-making
Familiarity with MEDDPICC and an understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies
