Responsibilities
You play a key role in Lumiform's success by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team.
Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to inform them about Lumiform's software and to schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, keep records up to date, and ensure accurate reporting.
Continuously develop your knowledge of the Lumiform application, industry trends, and Sales Development best practices.
Requirements
MUST HAVES: You speak German at native level and English fluently — both written and spoken.
You want to work and grow in sales! Don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t have prior software sales experience.
You are already based in Berlin and willing to be in the office 3 times per week.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
Strong organizational skills and good time management to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Resilient, and comfortable handling objections.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
Passion for technology, startups, and sales.
GOOD TO HAVES: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in Sales Development or an inside sales role, ideally in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
