Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and calendars.
Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and send offer letters using DocuSign and support offer acceptance workflows.
Initiate background checks and manage pre-employment steps.
Support onboarding by coordinating paperwork, follow-ups, and day-one readiness.
Maintain accurate documentation and data in the ATS and recruiting tools.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability across recruiting and HR operations.
Ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently and with integrity.
Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
Requirements
6+ months of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing (preferred)
1+ years of experience in HR support, administrative operations, customer service, hospitality, or other service-oriented roles
Experience with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or structured interview processes (preferred)
Experience managing complex interview scheduling, including senior-level stakeholders and multiple time zones
Proficiency with Slack, Google Products, Zoom, or similar collaboration and scheduling tools
Strong Google Sheets and general comfort with systems, tools, and data
