Responsibilities

maintain databases and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates
interpret compensation, benefits, job descriptions, and position requirements to applicants
assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, strategies and planning
attend recruitment events on- and off-campus, representing Mercy
assist Department Directors with co-worker issues and policy questions in the absence of the HR Director
assist co-workers with any and all HR-related questions
Requirements
BS Degree required or equivalent experience
3 years experience
Preferred Education: Associate/Bachelor Degree
