Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles
Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest
Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification
Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates
Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement
Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness
Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level roles are a plus)
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Workday and Google Suite proficiency
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative
Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player
