Responsibilities
Own a strategic account list across priority industries.
Proactively source your own leads via LinkedIn, referrals, industry intel, and events.
Run high-quality discovery and proposal conversations with GCs, Heads of Legal, CFOs and HR leaders.
Deliver tailored Desk Extension pitches that align with prospect legal needs and budget.
Manage longer enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders involved.
Attend legal and industry events to build pipeline and deepen relationships.
Maintain CRM hygiene (Habitat) and track all activity, touchpoints, and progress.
Collaborate closely with legal and marketing to evolve messaging and vertical strategy.
Meet monthly pipeline, activity, and revenue targets.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in legal, SaaS, consulting, events, digital ad sales, or professional services.
Strong hunter mentality with experience sourcing and closing outbound deals.
Skilled at consultative selling, discovery, and managing multiple stakeholders.
Confidence selling to legal leaders (General Counsel, Heads of Legal, Risk, People, Finance).
Ability to own long-cycle deals and nurture accounts not yet ready to buy.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM and outreach tools.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning your own pipeline and process.
