Responsibilities
Develop an OEM lighting sales strategy for LEDVANCE DACH
Lead concrete initiatives to achieve revenue and profit targets for the OEM channel at LEDVANCE DACH
Support the development and establishment of the OEM channel in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Acquire new OEM customers and grow existing accounts
Analyze the market and competitive environment and monitor margin and cost developments on a monthly basis
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain market share and profitability
Understand customer needs and share valuable market and customer insights and market trends to continuously optimize the OEM product portfolio
Requirements
Degree or relevant vocational training in electrical engineering or a related field
Several years of sales experience with a deep understanding of lighting technology and control components, or several years of experience within the lighting industry
Several years of industry knowledge and a broad professional network within the lighting industry
Independent, self-driven and team-oriented working style
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, plus strong negotiation and presentation skills
