Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the European market.
Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the Polish market.
Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Building long-term client relationships by delivering outstanding post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.
Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.
Providing hands-on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.
Requirements
Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in telesales and/or e-commerce environments.
Proven background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.
Highly results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is required.
High level of English is a strong plus.
Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred).
Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.
