Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise banking clients, from lead generation to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Develop a deep understanding of the banking industry's challenges and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within banking institutions.
Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities based on ideal customer profiles and market segmentation.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Represent our client at banking conferences, industry events, and networking sessions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system to support sales forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience within the banking or financial services sector.
Proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions to banking clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and sales analytics.
