Sales Executive for Laqus, engaging with investment managers and developing financial opportunities. Contributing to client portfolio growth and representing Laqus in commercial events.
Responsibilities
Present Laqus as the only financial market institution (IMF) besides B3 acting as a central depository for securities such as CRA, CRI, CR, Debentures and Commercial Paper for investment managers
Prospect, qualify and develop new opportunities within the investment managers segment
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, proposal formalization and contract execution
Manage and develop the client portfolio, strengthening relationships and identifying cross-sell, upsell and recurring transaction opportunities
Contribute to strategies for base growth and portfolio expansion
Represent Laqus at commercial events and meetings, including travel and client engagement outside São Paulo
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
Previous experience in the financial market, preferably in capital markets and instruments (CRA, CRI, Debentures, CR and Commercial Paper)
Experience working with investment managers
Strong commercial skills, including active prospecting, negotiation and account development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to hold executive-level conversations
Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
Curious and eager to learn about financial products and technology
Transparent and collaborative attitude
Experience in origination and distribution of private credit products is a plus
