Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for four main crops: sugar beet, corn, rapeseed, and cereals
- Lead a sales team of over 30 people, including 5 Regional Managers
- Build long lasting relationships with key distributors and industry partners
- Partner with the Management Board and contribute market expertise
- Manage budget and bear full responsibility for sales results (approx. PLN 250 million)
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management in the agricultural or B2B sector
- Strong understanding of the Polish agricultural market and distribution channels
- Experience managing and developing teams, motivating them during dynamic challenges
- Analytical skills for making bold decisions based on data
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
