Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to expand Emerson's instrumentation solutions for offshore applications
Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning to create actionable growth plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, OEMs and end users
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment on complex projects
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and value-based solutions
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Instrumentation or Mechanical)
MBA in Business Management or Marketing highly recommended
7–10 years of experience in technical sales, business development or strategic account management in the oil & gas market
Proven track record in market growth, complex negotiations and pipeline management, preferably in oil & gas
Fluent Portuguese and advanced English (for reading manuals, trainings and communication with headquarters)
Systems: CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Deep knowledge of instrumentation, automation and digital trends (IIoT, analytics)
Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
Availability for offshore platform deployments for: visual inspection of installations and equipment and support to service technicians during critical activities
