Responsibilities
Engage with prospective business clients and be the first point of contact
Convert leads into qualified opportunities, fueling the sales pipeline to accelerate B2B growth
Gain insight into fintech go-to-market strategies and build a strong sales funnel
Prospect leads, qualify them, and guide them through the enrollment process
Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects with a high credit approval rate
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., payments, lending, , KYC)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
