About the role
- Associate Client Success Manager at KAYAK managing relationships with advertising partners and optimizing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the communication and relationships of advertising campaigns
- Analytically track and optimize campaigns to best meet client goals and objectives
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, which include ongoing strategic consultation and support
- Provide optimization recommendations and assist with deck creation
- Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and excellent command of English
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts, integrated marketing campaigns, and or client-direct relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Solid understanding of the online media industry (Travel industry experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media buying platforms is considered a plus
- Good sense of humor and likes working in a fast-paced environment
