Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of active customers with a focus on retention and growth
Conduct structured onboarding to ensure rapid activation of the platform
Perform regular follow-ups and strategic checkpoints with clients
Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
Drive feature adoption and continuous value generation
Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand revenue
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a Support role at SaaS companies
Experience working with B2B clients and SMEs
Analytical ability to interpret metrics and user behavior
Minimum education: High school diploma
Experience with management SaaS, ERP, or marketplace platforms
Familiarity with CRM tools (Ploomes and/or ClickUp)
Experience with retention strategies and revenue expansion
Experience in the barbershop, beauty/esthetic, or local services sectors
