About the role

  • CRM Analyst focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement strategies. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize CRM services in marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify new needs and expand clients' service portfolios.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain daily contact with clients, attending meetings and interacting via email and WhatsApp.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build close relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
  • Platform Adoption: Increase usage of Pmweb's platforms and products, driving client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Design and deliver workshops to train clients on effective use of the available tools.
  • Project Management: Participate in special projects assigned by management and collaborate with operational teams.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Monitor clients' metrics daily to ensure strategies are optimized.
  • Impactful Reporting: Develop and present weekly and monthly reports with insights on performance and service consumption.
  • Development and Implementation of CRM Strategies: Focus on optimizing segmentation and campaign personalization using methodologies such as RFM and LTV.
  • Implementation of Control Groups: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • LTV Analyses: Identify valuable customers and propose actions to maximize return on the relationship.
  • Multichannel Campaign Development: Create campaigns aligned with customer needs and behaviors using segmentation data.
  • CRM KPI Monitoring: Analyze retention, churn, and engagement rates, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with marketing, data, and BI teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business objectives.
  • Generation of Detailed Performance Reports: Provide insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in account management and strategic client service.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with market practices in CRM, CRO, and Loyalty.
  • Skill in data analysis, metrics, and interpreting results to identify new business opportunities.
