Responsibilities
You support our team in back-office tasks and take ownership of administrative processes such as preparing and sending contracts and SEPA mandates.
You keep track of incoming documents, carefully review them for completeness, and ensure seamless documentation.
In our CRM system, Salesforce, you maintain order, manage master data, and proactively identify data quality issues.
You structure our digital file storage and confidently use Excel or Google Sheets to prepare data and lists.
You think ahead and support us in continuously improving and streamlining our operational workflows.
Requirements
You are digitally savvy and confident in using common tools such as Google Drive and Excel (including filtering, sorting, and basic formulas).
You prefer working independently and in a structured manner, high accuracy in data management is second nature to you.
You communicate on equal footing: you are fluent in German, have a good command of English, and are not afraid to speak up when challenges need to be addressed.
Ideally, you have gained initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); however, your motivation and reliability matter most to us.
You have a healthy level of determination and are not afraid of addressing conflicts when it comes to consistently implementing process guidelines.
You are currently enrolled at a university. We expect availability of at least 10 hours per week; ideally, you can support us with more hours.
