Responsibilities
Supervise, train and mentor a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Monitor team performance metrics, set sales targets and goals aligned with company objectives
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
Represent Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. in the local community to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or similar role with a proven track record in sales leadership
In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures
Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Massachusetts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
