Responsibilities
Approach potential sales partners such as lottery shops, kiosks, and petrol stations directly and acquire them as our new partners
Onboard and activate our customer base so they can successfully get started with our products
Build long-term, trust-based relationships and independently manage your partner network
Keep your sales territory active through targeted campaigns and continuous support
Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B field sales, preferably with customers in the retail or convenience store sectors
Experience with cold calling is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Winning mentality: eager to learn quickly, drive initiatives forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering added value
Flexible and willing to travel; valid Class B driving license
Excellent written and verbal German skills; English and additional languages are an advantage
