Sales Channel Manager developing and expanding indirect sales channels in Romania for a renewables company. Focusing on partnerships in the commercial and industrial solar segment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to expand Greenvolt Next’s indirect sales channels in Romania, focusing on the C&I segment.
Recruit, onboard and manage a network of local channel partners (e.g., installers, resellers, energy consultants).
Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with Greenvolt Next’s values, brand, and technical standards.
Monitor partner performance and define KPIs to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
Provide partners with training, tools and support materials to enhance their technical knowledge and sales capabilities.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, operations, finance) to streamline partner-led project execution.
Identify new business opportunities, propose commercial models, and contribute to pricing strategy.
Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and internal company policies in all partner activities.
Represent the company at relevant trade fairs, events and forums.
Requirements
University degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management – ideally in the solar energy, energy services, or electrical installation sectors.
Proven experience in managing external commercial partners or sales networks.
Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of the Romanian energy market.
