Responsibilities
You are Nelly’s voice for our business clients and support them with empathy, patience and a strong attention to detail on all questions related to our products.
You communicate on equal terms and ensure our clients always feel well supported.
You proactively think along and ahead: you identify customer feedback and areas for improvement early and forward them to our Product team to continuously enhance our solutions.
You work closely with colleagues from various teams, especially Customer Success, Sales and Product, because we believe in genuine cross-department collaboration.
Requirements
You have a completed bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
You are motivated and enjoy interacting with and supporting clients
You are reliable and can work independently with a structured approach
You are strong in communication and present yourself confidently in client conversations
You have fluent German skills, both spoken and written, and can communicate confidently in English as well
