About the role

  • Operations Support Specialist leveraging in-depth engineering knowledge and experience at Celestica. Responsible for problem-solving and building relationships to meet operational goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge in a specific area of specialization
  • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors and a considerable degree of judgement
  • Build internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities
  • Assess the alignment of production, support and engineering processes and practices with Celestica's Values, corporate strategies and Celestica's specific business assessment

Requirements

  • Three to six years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge in engineering, business, organization design, operational and quality processes
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
