- Contract Junior Developer responsible for modernizing a web-based application at iPostal1. Focus on improving user interfaces and seamless experience for digital mailbox users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interfaces
- Create intuitive interfaces for handling mail processing workflows and task management
- Implement responsive designs that work across different devices and screen sizes
- Build reusable UI components and libraries
- Optimize application performance and loading times
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with PHP services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in QA, code reviews, and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with jQuery or similar JavaScript libraries
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new codebases and expand technical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report progress and identify potential issues.
- 2+ years of frontend development experience (Preferred)
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of PHP or similar backend technologies (Preferred)
- Experience with UI component libraries and design systems (Preferred)
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles (Preferred)
