Responsibilities
Asegurar un buen conocimiento del sistema del cliente
Asesorar sobre configuraciones según el perfil de la empresa
Conocer las opciones disponibles y realizar las activaciones correspondientes
Seguir los protocolos y plazos establecidos por la empresa
Dar un seguimiento adecuado después de los primeros momentos de estar online
Asegurar calidad y satisfacción del cliente
Requirements
Francés, español + alto nivel de otro idioma (italiano, inglés, portugués, etc.) obligatorio
Experiencia en enseñanza o formación
Experiencia trabajando en una empresa SaaS
Actitud proactiva y positiva
Orientación al servicio
Motivación y pasión por la tecnología
Conocimiento de nuestros productos es un plus
