SaaS Sales Development Manager at IP Pilot responsible for managing the full sales cycle globally. Focused on outbound prospecting, client engagement, and representing the company at international conferences.
Responsibilities
You will own the full SaaS sales cycle, depending on your experience, from first outreach to closing.
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and research
Convert marketing inbound leads into demos
Run discovery calls and product demos
Guide prospects through evaluation and trial phases
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot
Represent IP Pilot at international conferences
This is a true hunter role : roughly 70% prospecting & outreach / 30% pipeline management and optimization.
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience managing the full sales cycle in a SaaS environment
Strong outbound and prospecting mindset, with a strong understanding of communication
Confidence speaking with senior industry experts
Ability to research prospects and run empathetic, proactive conversations
Experience using CRM tools
A “there is always a solution”-mindset
Fluent English (C2)
BIG PLUS: C2 language level in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese.
