Responsibilities
Apoyar en proyectos de innovación y omnicanalidad (digital y operación).
Colaborar en el análisis de procesos y propuestas de mejora de la experiencia cliente.
Dar soporte en el levantamiento, análisis y seguimiento de información (KPIs, reportes, insights).
Participar en pruebas piloto, implementación y seguimiento de nuevas soluciones o herramientas digitales.
Coordinar con equipos internos (tecnología, operaciones, marketing, experiencia cliente).
Apoyar en la documentación de procesos, learning reports y presentaciones ejecutivas.
Requirements
Estudiante universitario(a) o recién egresado(a) de carreras como:
Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas
Administración, Marketing
Comunicaciones, Economía o afines
Interés genuino por innovación, transformación digital y experiencia del cliente.
Manejo intermedio de Excel y PowerPoint (deseable Power BI o herramientas de análisis).
Capacidad analítica, organización y orientación a resultados.
Actitud proactiva, curiosidad y muchas ganas de aprender.
