Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day customer relationship
- Understand the expectations of your customers to ensure fast, efficient and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations
- Maintain and develop relationships with Vendors and Distributors
- Understand your key accounts' security strategies
- Understand the procurement channels and requirements of your key accounts
- Maintain an accurate pipeline for weekly reporting
- Compile proposals using templates for key account projects and new business
- Achieve and over-achieve revenue and profit targets
- Conduct frequent (Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly) initiative meetings with key accounts to maintain project progression
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years experience in sales for high-end IT/Technology or cybersecurity products
- Driven, HUNTER personality ABSOLUTE MUST!
- Good presentation skills
- Good MS Office and CRM understanding
- Clear communication skills – verbal and written
- Is a team player but capable of working as a driven individual
- Must have established relationships and a strong customer network to call on
- Proven track record in cyber sales across Africa, ideally in multiple countries in Africa
