About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager planning and executing campaigns for plant-based dog nutrition startup. Managing Meta Ads and continuous optimization for measurable results in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, and management of performance campaigns (primarily Meta Ads, optionally TikTok) including budget management and scaling.
  • Developing a clear creative strategy: which messaging works, which creatives perform — and why?
  • Continuous analysis and optimization based on relevant KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, etc.) including clear reporting.
  • Copywriting for ads and funnels: hooks, headlines, primary texts, landing page prompts — concise, clean, and conversion-focused.
  • Creating performance assets (e.g., Canva/Figma/Adobe — the main thing is delivering strong creatives quickly).
  • Using editing tools to produce simple video ads yourself for testing and iteration (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut).
  • Structured testing process: form hypotheses, scale winners, and decisively stop losers.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce/D2C.
  • Confident handling of Meta Ads Manager (required) — you know how to not just launch campaigns but manage them profitably.
  • Strong mix of analytical thinking and creative execution: you can read the numbers — and turn them into better ads.
  • Experience with creative strategy, testing structures, and scalable creative systems.
  • Skilled in copywriting and able to produce content & creatives yourself (design + basic editing).
  • Independent, structured working style and clear prioritization: you work purposefully, not just busy.
  • You communicate directly, honestly, and solution-oriented — no drama, no excuses.
