About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager responsible for planning and optimizing B2C campaigns at KF Design GmbH. Collaborating with various teams to re-engage and convert customers while monitoring market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel B2C performance campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest and, ideally, TikTok
  • Develop strategies for holistic optimization of the marketing funnel — from awareness and consideration through to conversion and retention
  • Design and implement efficient conversion-tracking structures across all relevant channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports, derive data-driven optimizations, and present results to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and test targeted remarketing campaigns along the customer journey to reactivate and convert potential customers
  • Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to systematically improve creatives, landing pages and funnel stages
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Design and Data teams as well as with agencies and external partners
  • Continuously monitor market trends, new platforms, algorithm changes and best practices to identify innovation opportunities
  • Take ownership of the budget and optimize performance against ROAS, CPA and other KPIs

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, especially with Google Ads, Pinterest and Meta Ads — ideally complemented by experience with TikTok Ads
  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and ideally experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Confident use of web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
  • Understanding of funnel logic and practical experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience designing and running effective remarketing strategies
  • Independent, data-driven, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality
  • Strong communicator, team player and confident in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of common platform policies, data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) and up-to-date knowledge of the marketing landscape
