Performance Marketing Manager responsible for planning and optimizing B2C campaigns at KF Design GmbH. Collaborating with various teams to re-engage and convert customers while monitoring market trends.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel B2C performance campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest and, ideally, TikTok
Develop strategies for holistic optimization of the marketing funnel — from awareness and consideration through to conversion and retention
Design and implement efficient conversion-tracking structures across all relevant channels
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
Create insightful dashboards and reports, derive data-driven optimizations, and present results to internal stakeholders
Develop and test targeted remarketing campaigns along the customer journey to reactivate and convert potential customers
Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to systematically improve creatives, landing pages and funnel stages
Work closely with Product, Sales, Design and Data teams as well as with agencies and external partners
Continuously monitor market trends, new platforms, algorithm changes and best practices to identify innovation opportunities
Take ownership of the budget and optimize performance against ROAS, CPA and other KPIs
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, especially with Google Ads, Pinterest and Meta Ads — ideally complemented by experience with TikTok Ads
Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and ideally experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Confident use of web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
Understanding of funnel logic and practical experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience designing and running effective remarketing strategies
Independent, data-driven, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality
Strong communicator, team player and confident in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of common platform policies, data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) and up-to-date knowledge of the marketing landscape
