About the role

  • Demand Generation Manager responsible for scaling Proxima's marketing pipeline using AI-powered intelligence. Overseeing performance marketing strategy and executing integrated campaigns in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels
  • Demand generation programs targeted at ecommerce brands
  • Integrated campaigns that span paid, content, email, and events
  • Pipeline reporting, attribution, and optimization

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or adtech company
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem, with an understanding of the challenges DTC and retail brands face
  • Adtech experience: you know how the stack fits together (DSPs, CDPs, data providers, measurement)
  • Strong AI fluency; you actively use AI tools to work smarter and think critically about how they apply to marketing
  • A builder's mindset: comfortable being scrappy, owning outcomes, and figuring things out
  • Nice to Have: Experience marketing to performance marketers or ecommerce operators; Familiarity with Meta's ad ecosystem or retail media networks; Experience at a startup or high-growth environment
