Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business

Collaborate with solution and consulting teams to position Fractal’s AI, Analytics, and Design-led and Product offerings
Lead proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions to successful closure
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership efforts
Requirements
8-10 years of proven B2B sales experience (consulting, AI/analytics preferred)
Track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new logos
Strong network and ability to open doors within enterprise accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Domain knowledge in TMT, Healthcare, BFSI, High-Tech, or Insurance is a plus
