Responsibilities
Campaign management: designing and managing social ads campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok — with a focus on our corporate marketing.
Creation of creatives, audience-focused copywriting and funnel setup included.
Implementation of creative ideas for digital campaigns, development of new formats and testing of innovative approaches.
Ongoing analysis of market trends and competitors to optimize visibility, traffic and conversion rates.
Monitoring relevant KPIs and continuously optimizing campaigns for budget efficiency and lead quality.
Actively contributing to the marketing strategy in coordination with our Performance Marketing team — including access to RIFFBIRD®'s full know-how.
Requirements
Professional experience in social media marketing and ideally in content creation
Technical proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Figma, Adobe or comparable tools
Creative sense for social-media trends, strong copywriting skills and a confident eye for design
Self-starter with openness to new tools, ideas and innovative approaches
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
