About the role

  • Performance Marketing Specialist managing paid campaigns for Buddyfit's Growth & Performance Marketing Team. Optimizing performance across key digital channels with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across social and digital platforms, ensuring campaigns are correctly set up, monitored, and continuously optimized based on performance.
  • Work directly within advertising platforms to launch campaigns, update budgets, refresh creatives, test audiences, and improve delivery and efficiency across channels.
  • Support audience segmentation and funnel optimization activities, identifying opportunities to improve targeting, conversion rates, and acquisition costs throughout the customer journey.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and turn campaign data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Execute A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, helping build a continuous testing approach focused on improving performance incrementally.
  • Support budget management and reporting activities, helping maintain clear visibility on spending, results, and campaign performance through regular updates and dashboards.
  • Work closely with CRM, Brand, Content, Product, and Data teams to align campaign execution with business priorities, product launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to identifying new opportunities for acquisition, creative improvement, and channel expansion through ongoing analysis and market awareness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to monitor performance and identify trends
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion performance
  • Experience in campaign setup, budget pacing, audience creation, testing frameworks, and day-to-day optimization
  • Solid understanding of funnel performance, attribution basics, and performance measurement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns and priorities
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
