About the role

  • Paid Media Analyst optimizing omnichannel performance campaigns spanning various digital channels. Owning the campaign lifecycle from strategy to actionable insights in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and align paid media strategies with business objectives
  • Develop detailed media plans including audiences, budgets, channels, and KPIs
  • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Design and execute A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS
  • Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in our CRM (SENTR)
  • Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English with culturally relevant messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels
  • Solid understanding of full campaign lifecycle management
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (Clickup is a plus)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
