Responsibilities
Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
Company qualification: conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
Be on the lookout for industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs.
Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format.
Requirements
Language Skills: C2 level of German and C1 level of English
Over 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research, specifically within the German market.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficient in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and some automation.
Good analytical thinking and awareness of market trends, especially in the German SMB space.
Detail-oriented and careful in work.
Comfortable using reports, databases, and CRM systems.
Organized and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage time well and handle several tasks at once
Can work independently and stay focused with occasional supervision
Familiar with CRM systems and customer data management.
Has used AI tools to support daily work and outreach strategies.
