People Manager responsible for HR consulting and support for SHK businesses in southern Germany. Engaging in labor law matters and employee retention strategies while visiting companies.
Responsibilities
As a Generalist in People Management, you act as a service provider, advisor and partner for our SHK (sanitary, heating and air-conditioning) trade businesses
Regular on-site visits to the companies to ensure direct communication
Handling labor law matters, compensation issues, employee retention, HR administration and compensation/benefits
Supporting the development of key structures and processes
Close collaboration with colleagues in Learning & Development, Recruiting and People Analytics
Supporting the Operations teams with the post-merger integration of new businesses
Supporting strategic projects for the further development and digitalization of people processes
Working with managers and other stakeholders
Involvement in tax and financial audits
Location: Southern Germany with occasional travel to Frankfurt
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in HR
Solid knowledge of labor/employment law
Ideally a degree in labor law or human resource management, complemented by relevant further training
Structured working style and a hands-on mentality
Holistic, analytical thinking and integrity
Excellent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel across Germany, approximately 50–60%
Based in Southern Germany
