About the role
- People Services Support Team Member acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries. Delivering defined People Services activities in line with business requirements at Heathrow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed People Services activities in line with business requirements and relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring data is checked and input accurately.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within the People Services team and with wider stakeholders.
- Ensure all received data is accurately recorded in Heathrow systems, providing a clear and auditable trail of documentation and actions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process improvement and change initiatives.
- Complete employment references for current and former employees.
- Respond to Tier 1 HR queries received via telephone, email, and service requests, resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible.

- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive and professional experience.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
