Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
