About the role
- PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant implementing PeopleSoft HCM modules for global M&A initiatives. Collaborating across teams for system design, configuration, testing, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement PeopleSoft HCM modules for newly onboarded entities as part of global M&A initiatives
- Manage and validate vendor integrations and upstream/downstream system connections
- Perform end-to-end functional activities including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Prepare detailed design documents, test plans, and test scripts
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to evaluate components like Application Engine, SQR, and other PeopleSoft objects
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide extended support during US time zones as required
- Participate in 2–3 rounds of evaluation aligned with global hiring standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Techno-Functional roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (Payroll & Benefits)
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft technical architecture (Application Engine, SQR, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, system configuration, and integrations
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
