  • Inside Sales professional responsible for commercial support and client relationship at Hand Line Transportes Internacionais. Involves proposals, follow-ups, and collaboration with pricing and operational areas.

Responsibilities

  • Active engagement with the commercial team
  • Preparation of proposals in the internal system
  • Sending proposals by email, following up and tracking closures
  • Proactive contact with the client portfolio via email, phone, Teams and WhatsApp
  • Interface with Pricing and Operations to develop and assess quote feasibility
  • Work with conversion targets and proposal response SLAs
  • Management of the sales pipeline and strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of air export and import processes (AWB, Incoterms, transit times and cargo characteristics)
