Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research : Learn how to identify potential partners and customers within specific industries. You’ll use online tools to research companies, understand how they’re structured, and spot the right people to contact.
Supporting the Sales Pipeline : Work closely with Account Managers to help move opportunities forward. This includes keeping our CRM system up to date, tracking opportunities, and making sure everything is prepared for the final stages of a deal.
Market & Competitor Insights : Help the team stay informed by monitoring market trends and researching competitor solutions. Your insights will contribute to shaping our value proposition and understanding what makes HPE stand out.
Partner & Customer Engagement : Join introductory calls with partners and customers, and support follow-up communications. You’ll help draft professional emails and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Bid & Proposal Support : Assist in collecting information needed for bids and proposals (RFPs). You’ll support the preparation of initial commercial offer drafts and learn how proposals come together.
Product & Solution Learning : Build your knowledge of the HPE portfolio, including storage solutions and AI-driven infrastructure, with guidance and training from the team.
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 with a focus in Business, Management, Economics, or related
Up to 12 months of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
Strong desire to build a career in professional B2B sales. You are not afraid of "cold" outreach and enjoy persuasion.
Ability to work with data to identify market gaps and opportunities.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.
