About the role
- ServiceNow Developer creating and implementing solutions on ServiceNow for the Schwarz Group. Contributing to digital transformation within the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure platform stability and performance through effective testing, debugging, and optimization
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring best practices are applied
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools: Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs
