About the role
- Scrum Master supporting IT Asset Management teams for PNC's ServiceNow transformation initiative. Facilitating Agile practices and ensuring delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for the ITAM crew, with potential to support up to two crews as the program scales
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Partner closely with Product Owners, BSAs, QEs, and other team members to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery of sprint goals
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and high performance
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams within the broader ServiceNow transformation
- Ensure work is well-tracked and visible using Jira and Confluence
- Promote strong collaboration across IT and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on complex, fast-paced initiatives
- Strong Agile and Scrum expertise with the ability to confidently lead established teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Experience working on ServiceNow implementations or transformations is a plus
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts or IT service management environments
