Responsibilities
Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present our services effectively to potential clients.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiations and closing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
