Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and match them with the right team or partner.
Handle low-volume importers, close deals, and kick off account setups.
Connect with potential clients through discovery meetings and deliver a client-first experience.
Uncover opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to qualify leads, book meetings, generate leads and keep your pipeline active.
Hit clearly defined key performance indicators and drive results by utilizing existing scripts, playbooks and CRM.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and manage a tight pipeline in our CRM.
Conduct 15+ screenings and take 10+ meetings weekly.
Keep leads engaged and relationships growing, supporting marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organization and comfort in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Customs and trade knowledge, with a clear understanding of how GHY’s services create value
