Senior Sales Development Representative managing proactive lead generation for B2B SaaS company MAIA. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
Proactive lead generation: You apply our ICP and proactively reach out to potential customers across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.), sparking interest in MAIA and filling our pipeline.
Intelligent qualification: You perform structured lead qualification based on clearly defined ICP criteria, using prospecting tools, industry knowledge and AI-assisted methods to improve efficiency and personalization.
Communication: You create persuasive, personalized messages and are not afraid to try new communication approaches to secure meetings for our sales team.
Process design & optimization: You actively shape our top-funnel/outreach sales development process and contribute your own ideas.
Team collaboration: You work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and share valuable market insights.
Data-driven approach: You track your KPIs, analyze your results and identify optimization opportunities for your outreach strategies.
Requirements
Sales experience: You have 1–2 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (ideally in a startup or scale-up).
Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Surfe, HubSpot).
Strong cold-calling skills.
Structure & creativity: You work in a structured way and are comfortable using CRM systems, while also bringing creativity to your problem-solving.
Initiative & drive: You take ownership, work result-oriented and have the motivation to meet challenging targets.
Adaptability & willingness to learn: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are adaptable and eager to continuously learn new things.
Communication skills: You are articulate, confident and can explain complex topics simply and convincingly in German (native speaker or C2 level) and good English.
