Responsibilities
Mappare l’ as-is dei processi HR nelle diverse ragioni sociali del gruppo
Guidare l’ armonizzazione e standardizzazione delle pratiche HR
Gestire l’ uniformità giuslavoristica , incluso l’allineamento dei diversi CCNL
Coordinare l’ adozione e convergenza dei tool HR , con focus sul nuovo sistema paghe
Supportare il cambio di consulente del lavoro e la migrazione dei sistemi payroll
Strutturare il controllo dei costi HR e sviluppare una reportistica condivisa tra le varie società e scalabile
Collaborare con i referenti HR delle aziende (modello cross-functional)
Requirements
6–7 anni di esperienza in ambito HR, di cui 3 anni in società di consulenza
Ottima credibilità e capacità relazionale con interlocutori eterogenei
Conoscenza dei principali elementi giuslavoristici
Esperienza in gestione o armonizzazione di processi HR in contesti diversi
Capacità di analisi e gestione del costo del personale
Familiarità con sistemi payroll e migrazioni di strumenti amministrativi
