Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of a company-wide performance management system
- Development of a variable compensation system for all hierarchy levels, including production
- Introduction of a software-supported target/goal agreement system
- Definition of KPIs and standards for performance-related pay
- Conducting compensation benchmarks and market analyses
- Advising and training managers and employees
- Active role as a sparring partner for executive management, the CFO and Head of HR
- Ensuring compliance with labor and social security law
- Leading change management and promoting acceptance across the organization
- Supporting future HR digitalization projects (e.g., electronic personnel file)
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on HR, business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management or Organizational Development
- Experience implementing compensation systems in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of collective bargaining law and/or payroll is an advantage
- Change management and project leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and presence when interacting with managers
- Excellent German and good English skills
