Responsibilities
Responsible for executing processes in line with policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Fluency in Dutch & English is mandatory.

Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
