Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for brand growth, acting as a strategic partner to the client
Prospecting and Activation: Identify and acquire new salons and perfumery/beauty retail stores
Portfolio Management: Present the full catalog, highlighting technical and commercial differentiators
Sales Cycle: Negotiate, record and monitor the flow of orders
Strategic Planning: Create and implement customized Business Plans
Strategic Visits: Plan and conduct visits at defined frequencies
Training and Loyalty: Provide training to professionals and promote retention
Brand Execution: Activate commercial cycles and ensure correct brand implementation at the point of sale (POS)
Analysis and Action: Monitor competitors, KPIs and results
Collaboration: Work closely with the education/training teams
Requirements
Education: Higher education completed or in progress
Hold a valid category B driver's license (CNH)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for presentations and data (Excel)
Availability to start immediately
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical ability to operate strategically
Previous experience in beauty salon and perfumery channels (preferred)
